These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MotorcycleDatabase (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

MotorcycleDatabase provides motorcycle specifications, curated route information, and related trip-planning tools. The specifications are compiled from manufacturer sources and, where possible, traced back to factory documentation. We do our best to get things right, but we make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may submit routes, corrections, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MotorcycleDatabase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download the Service without permission.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or deceptive content.
• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disable, or interfere with the Service's operation.

Riding motorcycles carries inherent risk. Route difficulty ratings, elevation data, and surface information are estimates — conditions change. You are solely responsible for your safety, your equipment, your fitness to ride, and compliance with local laws. Always ride within your limits.

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by MotorcycleDatabase and protected by intellectual property laws. Manufacturer trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotorcycleDatabase and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
