The field procedure

One job. Five deliberate steps.

No fuel maps, no tuning controls, no sprawling dashboard. Just the checks needed to make one maintenance update safely.

01 / PREPARE

Stabilize the bike

Confirm neutral, battery voltage, ignition state and a secure diagnostic connection.

02 / IDENTIFY

Match the hardware

Read ECU and instrument identity, then require an exact verified compatibility profile.

03–05 / VERIFY

Set, write, read back

Choose the next distance and date, write each value, and report success only after a matching read-back.

Fail-closed by design

Confidence comes from boundaries.

Motorcycle diagnostic protocols differ by model, year, ECU and instrument cluster. Unknown combinations stay read-only until tested.

Build status

The interface works. Hardware research is next.

The current app is an interactive simulator. It does not yet send commands to a motorcycle.

Now building

We are validating BLE adapters, documenting instrument-family differences and assembling a small, safety-focused test matrix before enabling real writes.
